Transport company Arriva will also receive a hefty fine from the province of Overijssel in 2024. Last year there were too many problems with bus transport in Twente and with the train service between Zutphen and Oldenzaal. Overijssel previously imposed a fine of 1.5 million euros on carrier Keolis for similar errors.
