On Bari’s goals and season:
“We started again to rebuild a team after years in which we lost a playoff final and found ourselves in a phase of total depression that enveloped everyone; after the playoff final, we ended up in the playout final. This year we started again building a completely new team, but then we had many difficulties. This is a knife-between-your-teeth championship, otherwise it’s better to stay at home.”
On the company’s future and the rumors:
“I have always said that I am working to find a serious and solid partner who can support me to aim high. I want to see this team in Serie A.”
On the relationship with Bari and the fans:
“I built this club from scratch, from the ashes. No one wants this story to end with a happy ending more than me. Bari is a second home for me.”
