The draw in Nyon brings exciting duels for the Bayern women. A well-known name awaits Wolfsburg.

The Munich team secured fourth place in the league phase on Wednesday with a 3-0 win over Norwegian Cup winners Valerenga Oslo and thus qualified directly for the round of the top eight. They will have home advantage there in the second leg. The quarterfinals will be played on March 24th and 25th and April 1st and 2nd.

The Munich team had already met Atlético during the league phase (2-2). Even before the lottery balls were drawn, it was clear that FC Bayern would avoid the top teams OL Lyonnes and FC Barcelona in the quarter-finals, but the Catalans could wait in the semi-finals.

Wolfsburg first wants to reach the quarter-finals. The team missed out on direct entry due to a 1-2 defeat against Chelsea FC on Wednesday. That’s why the She-Wolves have to overcome the Juventus hurdle on February 11th or 12th and February 18th or 19th, where they initially have home advantage. If successful, the club would then face OL Lyonnes. A German duel with FC Bayern would only be possible in the final at the earliest. This will take place on May 23rd in Oslo.
