Shortly before Christmas, the tabloid media in the USA are rotating: In the ongoing legal dispute over Priscilla Presley’s business dealings, serious allegations are emerging that go far beyond the actual core of the proceedings.

In a recently filed lawsuit, Brigitte Kruse, Priscilla Presley’s former business partner, claims that the youngest son of John Travolta and his His wife Kelly Preston, who died in 2020, was not biologically related to Travolta.

Instead, he comes “genetically” from the Presley family.

Riley Keough is said to have donated eggs

Specifically, it is alleged that Riley Keough, actress, musician and granddaughter of Elvis Presley, provided eggs that Kelly Preston used to carry Ben Travolta, now 15 years old. A wow message for which there is currently no confirmation.

Now things get complicated as more celebrity names come into play: These statements come not from the case against Travolta himself, but from a civil lawsuit in which Kruse is being sued by Navarone Garibaldi, Priscilla Presley’s son, for breach of contract. The new allegations are therefore part of an expanded defense strategy by Brigitte Kruse.

She relies on alleged statements from guitarist Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband. He explained to her that Kelly Preston was not able to bear her own children. At first they wanted to use Lisa Marie Presley’s eggs, but later they decided against it. Instead, an agreement was reached with Riley Keough.

Alleged compensation for Riley Keough

The lawsuit further claims that Keough was compensated for this alleged egg donation with a retro car from the British car brand Jaguar and a sum of between 10,000 and 20,000 US dollars. This information is also not verified.

The timing of the allegations is explosive: the name John Travolta appears in connection with a case that officially affects neither him nor his family. In addition, it is suggested that Lockwood is trying to use the alleged knowledge about Travolta as leverage – with a view to earlier, publicly discussed allegations of sexual misconduct against Travolta, which he has always rejected. A violent pit of snakes, the whole thing.
Supposed evidence includes handwritten notes with references to a fertility clinic and text messages in which Ben Travolta is said to have been described as Priscilla Presley’s “beautiful great-grandson.”

Priscilla Presley’s lawyers deny allegations

Priscilla Presley’s lawyers strongly reject these statements. In a statement, they described the claims as “ethically reprehensible and completely irrelevant.” The aim is apparently to build public pressure and harm Ms Presley after previous applications by the opposing side had failed in court.

Kruse’s current lawyers explained that their client felt compelled to make these statements and wanted to “bring the truth to light.” So far, no evidence that can be used in court has been presented.

Neither Riley Keough nor the Travolta camp have yet commented on the allegations. For decades, Travolta and Kelly Preston were considered extremely reserved when it came to their family life. In addition to Ben, they had two other children: Jett, who died in 2009, and Ella Bleu.

The extent to which these allegations have legal relevance will only become clear as the proceedings continue. The US gossip platform “TMZ” has asked Travolta for a statement – so far without success.
