AFC brutally attacks the right flank with Indy Lee. The full-back puts the ball back to Radjenio Fonseca, who doesn’t quite get it right and lifts the ball over the bar. This was really a great opportunity for the equalizer for the Amsterdam team.

The team trained by former professional Gérard de Nooijer won in the qualification against Rijnvogels (6-4) and Blauw Geel (1-0). In the first round of the main tournament, the Zeelanders eliminated FC Eindhoven after extra time. It became 3-2.
Telstar won convincingly against FC Lisse 5-0 in the previous round. Milan Zonneveld was the great man of that match; he scored a hat trick!
NEC will play its third match in a row in our province tonight. The past two matches in the Premier League, NEC played at FC Volendam and at Telstar at Sportpark Schoonenberg.
In Velsen-Zuid, NEC retained a point in the game against Telstar. The score was 2-2 thanks to two goals from Jeff Hardeveld. A week earlier, FC Volendam also seemed to hold the Nijmegen team to a 2-2 draw, but in the final minute Kento Shiogai scored the winning goal.
