Yvonne Coldeweijer has approached Angela de Jong to become one of the guests in her Juice Show, but she – just like Maxime Meiland and Rob Goossens – is absolutely not interested.
It will be a big challenge for Yvonne Coldeweijer to find suitable ‘experts’ for her new daily program The Juice Show on Net5. Maxime Meiland has already run away in advance, Angela de Jong has ignored the invitation and Rob Goossens does not have to call either. So that doesn’t go smoothly.
Common sense
Johan Derksen understands very well that Angela refused. “Fortunately, Angela de Jong has common sense. She said: ‘I won’t burn my fingers on that’, because if you join that program, it will immediately be the end of your career,” he says in his podcast Greetings from Grolloo.
Why then? “Because then you are in a dirty program and then you will never be eligible for a serious talk show or another program. Angela saw that well.”
Difficult to deal with
Johan is surprised that John de Mol has not yet pulled the plug. “Ms. Coldeweijer seems to be quite difficult to deal with, because all kinds of people have run away and it has now been postponed for the second time. I don’t think Talpa should start doing that, but commercial interests will also apply there.”
He continues: “Now they seem to be working on that Rob Goossens who is always babbling at Boulevard and actually has nothing to say. Rob Goossens from Eibergen. That also means the end of Rob Goossens’ career.”
Unscrupulous
Rob has indicated that he is not open to leaving for Yvonne, but if he does go, it will be over for him, according to Johan. “Because if you keep throwing messages out into the world that destroy marriages, that get people fired, that make children unhappy at school, then yes, that is not something to be proud of.”
Does Johan think Wilfred Genee wants to join The Juice Show? “No, that goes way too far, Wilfred. I don’t think you should present gossip in a program as journalistic facts.”
Never seen
When Johan’s co-host notes that juice has the potential to gain a large viewership because RoddelPraat is also widely viewed on YouTube, the VI mustache indicates that this completely ignores him.
He says: “I’ve never looked at them and I don’t know what they say about me. I’m not interested because I don’t take them seriously anyway.”
