Goudse pub owner Jeroen Carol Visser of café De Goudse Eend responded last year with an unmistakable response to a number of 1-star reviews from dissatisfied customers. That turned out to be a bull’s eye. It brought the pub owner so much attention in the newspaper and on the radio that strangers walked into his café and called him a hero.
