Schweinfurt’s lead only lasted 18 seconds

After a slow start, Schweinfurt made its first statement: Jakob Tranziska finished ice-cold after chaos in the visitors’ penalty area (16′). But the Schnüdel fans’ celebration of the lead didn’t last long – just 18 seconds after the restart, Robin Müller equalized for the guests.

Schweinfurt continued to play cheerfully, but didn’t know what to do with their possession. The guests were getting stronger and stronger. And then it was Müller who turned the game in Havelse’s favor with his second goal.

Havelse counters Endres’ Equalizer

But the Franks didn’t give up and pushed for an equalizer. In the 53rd minute, Joshua Endres rewarded Schweinfurt’s efforts. He shot from 16 meters and hit the visitors’ goal perfectly.

Havelse fought back against the loss of a point and Marko Ilic was unlucky in the 65th minute when his shot hit the crossbar. Almost ten minutes later the time had come – the ball landed again in the Schweinfurt goal. Semi Belkahia brought the guests forward again.

Tranziska misses a penalty

Five minutes later a penalty whistle sounded for the Schnüdel. Tranziska fell in the penalty area, the fouled person stepped up and missed. Shortly before the end, fireworks that were thrown onto the pitch by Schweinfurt fans caused excitement. The game had to be interrupted. When the game resumed, Rexhepi could have made the difference, but his shot narrowly missed the goal.
