Dushanbe, match between Istiklol and Khosilot valid for the Tajik championship. We take you to the stands for a unique experience, which starts late due to… our fault
Sports tourism is complicated. Especially when it comes to the outskirts of the empire. Calendars are dancers, discovering timetables, systems – if you have read the previous episodes you will have realized this – often a feat. Of course, if we traveled with that sole objective, it would become extremely complicated. If you do it with the hope – and not the certainty – of being able to attend a match, you adapt. Doing a 3-in-1 in Central Asia was impossible. But it was imperative not to miss at least a couple of objectives. And so we found ourselves in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, with a local championship match in mind, Istiklol-Khosilot, not to be missed at all costs. And when does it ever happen again?
