Motorist tests positive for drugs after collision with moped woman (16) in Hooglede: girl no longer in danger

A 31-year-old Romanian motorist left the road on the Diksmuidesteenweg in Hooglede in West Flanders yesterday and hit a 16-year-old moped from Staden. The girl became stuck between the passenger car and a lighting pole. She was seriously injured, but her life is no longer in danger.
