The laundry group Calida Holding AG, based in Sursee, Switzerland, presented two new candidates for its board of directors on Thursday. Caroline Forster and Nicole Loeb were therefore nominated as additional members of the committee. They will stand for election to shareholders at the upcoming general meeting on April 15, 2026.

According to the group, Foster is “an experienced leader” who has been co-CEO of the family business Forster Group from St. Gallen, which specializes in “embroidery for haute couture, ready-to-wear, interior and lingerie as well as technical textiles,” since 2008.

Loeb is “an experienced entrepreneur and high-profile leader in the Swiss retail sector,” explained the Calida Group. Since 2005, she has been shaping the strategic development of the traditional, independent Swiss retail company with its headquarters in Bern as a delegate to the board of directors of Loeb Holding and as president of the board of directors of Loeb AG.

Felix Sulzberger, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Calida Group, welcomed the nominations: “I am very pleased that with Caroline Forster and Nicole Loeb we can propose two recognized and successful entrepreneurs and leaders for election to the Board of Directors,” he said in a statement. “Thanks to their proven experience in the textile industry and retail, they bring valuable impetus to the strategic development of the Calida Group. I am convinced that they will help shape the further strategic direction of our group in the long term, based on their insights from their own family businesses.”
