Potter’s son talks about his mother’s death by publishing it on her YouTube channel on video. He says his mother died on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th.
– In January, we got into a bad car accident. We drove early in the morning. It was still dark outside. We were driving a dark two-lane expressway. A truck and a trailer had stopped in the middle of the road. We didn’t see it and hit the trailer.
The boy says that Potter, who was driving the car, tried to dodge, but a car came from the oncoming lane. At the time of the collision, the car was traveling at a speed of approximately 80 kilometers per hour.
After the accident, doctors discovered a blockage in Potter’s esophagus, which prevented Potter from keeping food down. Potter was also diagnosed with corona. Potter was treated in intensive care where he showed signs of respiratory failure. In November, Potter was transferred to hospice care.
Potter died at his sister’s home, where he had been moved in his last days.

Pauline Potter performed Dangerously fat in the third production season of the show in 2015. He was 50 years old at the time. At the beginning of the program, Potter weighed more than 300 kilograms. Later, Potter lost about 200 pounds and underwent skin removal surgery.
Before joining the show, Potter was named the world’s heaviest living woman in the 2011 Guinness Book of World Records.
In 2022 Potter said on his Instagram account that he weighs 101 kilos.
