Mehmet Altıparmak, the coach of Özbelsan Sivasspor, one of the Trendyol 1st League teams, said that they wanted to stop the bad trend by winning the match against Arca Çorum FK, which they will face at home in the 17th week of the league.
In his statement to the journalists before the training, Altıparmak stated that the match in which they lost 2-1 away to İstanbulspor in the 16th week of the league was one of the competitions in which they were very upset.
Reminding that there are 3 weeks left until the end of the first half of the league, Altıparmak said, “This week we will face Çorum FK, one of the best teams of the league. We all know what the opponent is doing, what they are doing, but what is important is what we will do on the field. We will practice it all week and apply it at the weekend. Our only goal is to win the Çorum match.” he said.
Stating that they want to reduce the point difference as much as possible in order to reach the play-off targets, Altıparmak said, “We talked to our players here together and told them the necessary things. They are also very upset. First of all, we have the Çorum match, and then the Iğdır and Bandırma match. Frankly, we are waiting for the first half to end. We have three matches like the final. We want to win these 3 matches and enter the halftime close to the play-off pot.” he said.

Pointing out that Sivasspor is going through a difficult process, Altıparmak said:

As of this week and from now on, my board of directors and I have started working on the transfers we will make, especially in the second half, in order for Sivasspor to move up and be better. TRAINING
The training, held at the club facilities under the management of Mehmet Altıparmak, started with warm-up exercises. Then, the red-white team did pass and ball protection work and completed the training with a small area game.
Sivasspor will continue its preparations for the Arca Çorum FK match with training on December 11.
