Death by knife attack
On Monday evening, police received an emergency call from a person in the house who reported a “robbery in progress.” They reacted quickly and arrived at the scene shortly afterwards. Inside the home, officers found an adult male, 71-year-old Jubilant Sykes, with serious injuries consistent with a knife attack.”
Sykes was pronounced dead at the scene.
