Tom Coronel loses bet: ‘I think you are a slow driver’
Max Verstappen narrowly missed out on the world title on Sunday, much to the disappointment of many fans. Coen & Sander also waited anxiously for the outcome, although this result unexpectedly had a comical aftermath for them. The two had made a bet with Tom Coronel, who was firmly convinced that Verstappen would become champion. In the Coen & Sander Show on JOE they asked him: ‘If you are not right, can we use your fastest car?’ To which Tom confidently replied: ‘I will drive you, I promise.’ Now that Max Verstappen has missed out on the title, Tom can start setting the alarm, because a ride with Coen & Sander seems inevitable.
