The Haloo Helsinki band will represent the whole foursome at Linna’s party. The front picture of the group, Elli aka Elisa Tiilikainen, is currently pregnant. She is expecting her first child to be born at the end of the year.

The happy family event postponed the entire band’s arena tour. The band was originally supposed to play this fall, but the arena tour was postponed to next spring.

The band’s guitarist Jere Marttila says in Iltalehti’s live broadcast that the waiting time for the tour has been used to do work.

– We have used that time to build the production for the arena tour. We got a little extra time and that was very welcome, he says.

The band’s drummer, Jukka Soldan, says that he recently had a family addition.

– Focused on the build up to the arena tour. There was also a rush with the newborn, he says.

– I can’t wait for the tour and it’s nice to spend some time with my family and children. It’s the best, it’s not always too much, Leo Hakanen accompanies.

Elli says that she hasn’t had time to think about the upcoming life change in advance.

– After all, the arena tour is already here, I don’t really have time to think about it. It’s great to get such a gift for Christmas, he commented.

The band has not yet made any plans after the arena tour: “Let’s go one moment at a time”. Rosa Bröijer

Elli says that the pregnancy has gone well. She plans to take on the role of a so-called rocker mother and her first child will join the band on tour.

In an interview with Iltalehti, the band also commented on their plans after the arena tour. The plans for the future have already been drawn up before the 2021 album Don’t be afraid of life.

– We agreed before we started doing it Don’t be afraid of life – record to go one moment at a time. It has worked for us, we don’t take too much pressure and stress from it for years to come.

– Let’s go one moment at a time and do this for as long as it feels good and enjoy this ourselves, Jere Marttila sums up on behalf of the whole band.
