NFL star Travis Kelce and pop singer Taylor Swift have been a couple for two and a half years and are constantly on everyone’s lips. Now Kelce speaks openly in his own podcast about the arguments between him and his partner.
Kelce gives private insights
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end regularly publishes his own podcast with his older brother Jason Kelce. The latest issue of The Heights was released on December 3rd. Hollywood actor George Clooney was a guest, who spoke to Kelce about their respective relationships. According to the athlete, there is apparently no trouble in paradise between him and Swift – there will probably be no arguments.
“Not even!”
Clooney said in the podcast that he didn’t have a single argument with his wife Amal Clooney in ten years of relationship. George and Amal Clooney have been married since 2014 and have two children together. Clooney then asked Travis Kelce how things were going between him and his fiancée Taylor Swift and whether there was ever any stress in their relationship. Kelce said no: “I’ve never gotten into a fight before,” the NFL player proudly added: “Not once!”
Kelce and the 14-time Grammy winner have been in a relationship since 2023. The couple announced their engagement in August 2025. Since then, preparations for the wedding have been in full swing.
Clooney on his view of relationships
Later in the podcast episode, Clooney talks to the Kelce brothers about his perspective on relationships and arguments. “None of us are going to win this one, so why even start?” Additionally, Clooney said, “I’m 64 years old. What am I even supposed to fight about?” Kelce listened intently to the actor and replied, “I’ll write everything down.”
Kelce and Swift are heading into their third Christmas
The singer and the NFL star will be spending their third Christmas together this year. The year 2025 was quite successful for the couple. Swift released her twelfth studio album, Life of a Showgirl, and broke records. The album was the best-selling album of all time in its first week of release and spent seven weeks at number one on the Billboard charts. She also appeared on an episode of her fiancé’s podcast. This was subsequently listed by Apple as one of the best podcast episodes of the year. “She’s just magical,” Kelce said.
