Two well-known media experts have not been seen in the Today Inside studio for quite some time. Both Victor Vlam and Jordi Versteegden appear to be no longer present. What’s going on?
It will be a major setback for Victor Vlam: for a moment he seemed to be in the picture to become a regular face of his favorite program Today Inside, but he seems to have been pushed aside again. Wilfred Genee and René van der Gijp in particular are critical of him (‘scoring for the sake of scoring!’), but Johan Derksen was also tough as nails last month.
‘I don’t know’
Whichever way you look at it: Victor always guarantees a spirited and controversial opinion. His followers are therefore sad that he can no longer be seen at VI. “When will we see you again at Today Inside?” a certain Kaat asks him X.
The media expert then shows that he himself is not informed about this. “I don’t know. We’ll see 😀.”
Jordi also gone
The same applies to fellow media expert Jordi Versteegden. He hasn’t been seen in VI for a while either. “I would like that, yes. Why am I not there? Johan then said: ‘I think he is a nice guy, but he is very juicy’, so: he is very busy with the juice. While I am just a media reporter here.”
He continues in the podcast Strictly Private: “I immediately texted Wilfred, because I thought: he will read it immediately and he will read it on the broadcast. That’s what happened. Of course I make this podcast for Privé and I really enjoy it, but I am more than that.”
Telraam-Tina
Why does Jordi think he is no longer part of the party? “Only VI has its own experts such as Tina Nijkamp and she is of course completely in that media corner, so I understand very well why they choose her. I would really like it and I don’t have the idea that that door is closed there, but you have to look: how do you create your own faces?”
He concludes: “I am now also Show News, of course, so I can imagine that they are like: yes, should he also sit on our stool?”
