The first major ‘Motivation Monitor’ among Flemish educational staff produces striking results. For example, one in four shows increased signs of burnout and 17 percent are actually considering leaving their job. Furthermore, teachers feel strongly connected to their students and colleagues, but the lack of autonomy in their job is a major pain point.
