Necas, which recently signed an eight-year contract worth a total of 92 million dollars, bought the Czech newspaper Bleskin from Denver, a 662-square-meter “love nest”, which has, among other things, four floors, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool, a gym, five fireplaces and a garage that can fit four cars.
In the sales announcement, lukaal’s Asking Price was 5.3 million euros, but there is no exact information on the price paid by Necas.
Spouse of Necas, former singer Nikola Mertlova made an introduction video of his new home on YouTube. According to Mertlova, there was a competition for the apartment, because the unnamed NBA player wanted to rent the house and was ready to pay a whopping 30,000 euros per month.
– We hoped that the owners wanted big money right away. Thank God it happened, Mertlova said.
According to Blesk, the house is located in a luxury area.
– Someone has built it with extreme love, Mertlova described.
Necas moved from the Carolina Hurricanes to the Colorado Avalanche in January. In October, Necas and Avalanche reached an agreement on a long extension contract.
The time before the extension contract raised concerns in Mertlova.
– What if Martin signs a contract with a city where I’m not happy? What would I do? Mertlova thought while sitting in a luxury Porsche car.
Before the recent house sales, the Czech couple lived in Denver on rent.
– I hope we will have children in the house, Mertlova said, referring to the future own house.
