NASA reduces number of flights with Boeing’s Starliner after failed astronaut mission

NASA announced Monday that it will scale back the number of astronaut missions under Boeing’s Starliner contract. The program is experiencing technical problems. The spacecraft’s next mission to the International Space Station will also fly without a crew.
