‘This takes a heavy toll on Israeli soldiers’

On November 23, 2025, it was reported that Israel had carried out a deadly airstrike on Beirut’s southern suburbs, killing five and wounding dozens. Israel claimed the attack targeted Ali Tabatabai, Hezbollah’s chief of staff, who is said to be responsible for building and rearming the organization.
