“In three days I lost my whole life”: the surreal story of a young doctor who fled Gaza

Kholoud Jarada is 24 years old and survived almost two years of war in Gaza. She lost her home, her city and her future plans, and finally decided to leave. From Paris, where she is temporarily staying, she opens up to our journalist about the day when everything changed for her, the phone call in which she heard that her home had been destroyed, the months in which she graduated as a doctor between bombings, and the difficult start of a new life in Europe.
