No, Men’s Day is not an Andrew Tate initiative. It has been celebrated worldwide on November 19 since 1992 to put people of the (usually) longer gender in the spotlight. Attention is also paid to the struggles that many men struggle with. Now also in Zoetermeer.

A group of men will gather in the living room of the Eigen Wij Foundation this Sunday to celebrate each other. The afternoon is all about connection and relaxation. Add a freshly baked pizza and your Men’s Day can’t go wrong.

Standing in your strength

The brains behind this event is Jimmy Gabriel: life coach, Reiki practitioner and men’s circle man at The Holistic Shop in Zoetermeer. For Men’s Day he devised a program with exercises and games to get the participants out of their heads and into their strength. Connection is central, both with yourself and with others.

This is where you need to be

Do you have the balls to look deep into the eyes of yourself and your peers? Men’s Day with Jimmy will take place on Sunday, November 23 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Stichting Eigen Wij at Voorweg 112. Participation is free, but please register in advance. That’s possible here. Have fun!
