A school bus with 20 students on board, returning from some schools in Portogruaro, ended up in the side ditch after a violent impact with a car which occurred in Sixth at Reghenain the province of Pordenone, remaining poised just beyond the roadway. From an initial reconstruction, the accident occurred between a Mercedes C class, driven by a 64-year-old woman, and a coach used as a school bus, driven by a 61-year-old, with around 14 teenage students on board. The drivers of both vehicles were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Among the young people, only one girl was transported under yellow code to the emergency room in Udine. The stretch of road where the collision occurred was closed to traffic to allow safety operations and removal of the vehicles. The investigations are carried out by the police, who are trying to reconstruct the causes of the impact.
