Waylon returns to country with new album ‘Time Jumper’. ‘It’s the music I was infected with as a child’

Three years after his last album Simply Willem, Willem Bijkerk is ‘normal’ Waylon again. His new album Time Jumper, which will be released on Friday, is a return to what you might call his roots: country music. The singer was inspired by this during a road trip through America with his father, which brought back memories from his youth. “It is the music that infected me as a child.”
