There are moments when the body asks for pause… and the soul, sweetness.
This ice cream is born from that search: to enjoy something delicious, natural and healthy. With the genuine sweetness of banana, cocoa and the bright color of red fruits. Each bite invites you to reconnect with what is simple, with what truly nourishes.
Preparing it is an act of presence: choosing the fruits, feeling their aromas, mixing them gently and letting the freezer time do its magic. Because when natural meets intention, even the simplest dessert can become a small wellness ritual.
Ingredients:
• 2 or 3 very ripe bananas, previously frozen
• 1 cup of fresh strawberries, blueberries and you can also use 1 tablespoon of bitter cocoa for a chocolate version.
• 130 to 150 ml of vegetable milk (coconut or almond)
• A few drops of natural vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Place the frozen bananas in a blender and process until you obtain a creamy and smooth texture.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing until everything is evenly integrated.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and place in the freezer for 5 or 6 hours.
4. From time to time, stir with a fork to break up the ice crystals and achieve a more airy texture.
5. Serve when it has the desired consistency and enjoy a lively, natural and delicious ice cream.
