Activists have been sitting in a number of trees behind the crash barrier of the A2 near the Graetheide nature reserve in Limburg since Friday evening, says a spokesperson for Rijkswaterstaat. The road manager is widening the highway this weekend and wants to cut down the trees in question. The activists do not agree with this.
