The Flemish government owns 137 vacant buildings, almost six percent of the entire building stock. This was evident on Saturday from the list that Flemish Member of Parliament Simon Bekaert (Vooruit) requested from Flemish Prime Minister Matthias Diependaele and which ‘Het Nieuwsblad’ was able to view.
