Billie Eilish attacks alleged trillionaire Elon Musk in an Instagram story because he doesn’t give enough of his money to charity.

Billie Eilish is again dishing out against the super-rich and this time using Instagram stories as a platform. Her current target is the wealthiest man in the world: Elon Musk.

Editorial recommendations

On Thursday (November 13), the singer reposted four slides from the Instagram account “myvoicemychoiceorg” to her stories. According to the posting, Elon Musk is no longer just the richest man in the world, but also the first trillionaire.

Eilish’s main aim is to point out which problems the entrepreneur should solve with such a sum of money. According to the singer, the SpaceX founder could, among other things, end world hunger, save endangered species or rebuild Gaza.

The last slide shows a black background with white font. The artist, who has been supporting good causes for years, packed “etc….” at the beginning of the story – to make it clear what is possible with the money. The 23-year-old dedicates the next and last line of her post to the former chief advisor to President Donald Trump himself.

It’s just four words: “Damn, pathetic, cowardly weakling.”

Billie Eilish remains true to herself

Billie Eilish recently made a clear demand for the super-rich. At the Wall Street Journal Innovator Awards 2025, she accepted the Music Innovator award and addressed the wealthy audience in the room directly in her speech. Her request was brief but clear. “Donate your money, shorties,” she said at the end of her appeal to the mega-rich – including Mark Zuckerberg, who was present at the time.

Later in the evening, talk show host Stephen Colbert announced that the songwriter would donate $11.5 million, the equivalent of almost ten million euros, from her “Hit Me Hard And Soft Tour” to charities that promote food justice and climate protection.
