To which, in the face of an increasingly small number of staff, an ever-increasing amount of activities are assigned and in the case of metro C a promiscuity of the same; the shortage of staff in almost all operational sectors, including the movement staff of the A, B, C and Roma Giardinetti lines; the lack of equity in the distribution of economic resources during events, their scarcity and the application of non-agreed shifts; the lack of canteens in various garages or workplaces and the non-usability of them by all staff, which is why the meal voucher alternative is requested; the failure to display foreseeable shifts and absentees within the remittances, as also required by company procedures, or alternatively the digitalisation of the same information, as well as of the LP rankings; the assignment of surface shifts with people dismounting upon arrival at the end of the shift, thus not being able to hand over to their colleague upright, with safety risks; the excessive use of variable shifts in the weekly shifts of the Operational Operators and a regulation of the same which does not allow the conciliation of work-life times; insufficient travel times on many surface lines; excessive workloads; the failure to apply Job Rotation despite the agreements in force providing for the failure to digitize many staff communications (unblocking multiple operations from the totem, A48 etc.) and the blocking of shift changes compatible with health evidence; the pressure on staff exerted by the recurring use of discipline; the absence of bathrooms and places of shelter for surface personnel waiting to be assembled in the squares, the very poor cleanliness of the chemical toilets and their inadequacy; the state of degradation of the subway tunnels regarding cleanliness, hygiene rooms, dust pollution, dangerous conditions of the trunks and lighting; the uncovering of stations due to the small number of Station Operators on lines A and B, with the consequent repercussions on safety there and on the passenger service, as well as on staff; the poor hygiene situation in the station garages; the lack of training plans for operational staff, with the complete lack of refresher, update and maintenance courses for skills; the contractual discrimination of the Fourth Area, with classification often outside of the actual activities carried out, the degradation of the Metro C Graniti depot; application of the Smart Working tool where possible.
