BIST 100 index at Borsa Istanbul increased by 64.40 points and closed at 10,640.86 points. BIST 100 index started the day at 10,655.66 points, with an increase of 79.21 points and 0.75 percent. BIST 100 index, which saw the lowest point of 10,581.02 points and the highest point of 10,706.60 points during the day, closed the day at 10,640.86 points, gaining 0.61 percent compared to the previous closing. BIST 30 index closed at 11,543.90 points, gaining 109.40 points and 0.96 percent compared to the previous closing. The kilogram price of standard gold in the Borsa Istanbul Gold Market increased by 0.1 percent compared to the previous closing and reached 5 million 816 thousand 100 liras. The simple return of the bond with a maturity date of July 14, 2027, traded in the Borsa Istanbul Bonds and Bills Market Outright Purchase and Sale Market, was 36.73 percent and the compound return was 40.10 percent today. The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) announced the current effective rate of the dollar as 42.1341 lira for buying and 42.3029 lira for selling. CBRT had determined the previous effective rate as 42.1231 lira for buying and 42.2919 lira for selling. In international markets, as of 18.30, the euro/dollar parity is at 1.1580, the sterling/dollar parity is at 1.3113 and the dollar/yen parity is at 154.825. A barrel of London Brent crude oil is traded at $63.2, with a decrease of 2.6 percent.
