Nebraska woman who has almost no brain and would never live past 4 years old celebrates 20th birthday, family calls it “miracle”

A Nebraska woman born with a rare condition in which much of her brain is missing and replaced by cavities filled with cerebrospinal fluid has celebrated her 20th birthday. However, doctors had said that she would never live longer than 4 years.
