The British sporting goods retailer Footasylum announced on Monday that it had agreed a “strategic partnership” with the Cologne-based sales agency Mad Agency.

The aim of the collaboration is to drive growth in the DACH region, according to a statement. Mad Agency will therefore represent Footasylum’s own brands in the future as an “exclusive sales agency” in Germany and Austria.

The partnership, which is initially scheduled to run for three years, is “a key step” in Footasylum’s international growth strategy and underlines the company’s commitment to “expanding the brand presence in key European markets.”
