Due to heavy fireworks, a window of the town hall in Uitgeest in North Holland was shattered during a demonstration against an asylum seekers’ center on Thursday. There was a council meeting going on inside. It was then suspended for about an hour, a municipal spokeswoman said after reporting by NH Nieuws. No one was injured.
