Nina Chuba will perform at the Frankfurt Festhalle on November 5th. After cancellations due to illness, it is now clear: the concert will take place as planned.

Nina Chuba recently had to interrupt her big arena tour due to illness. The concerts in Hanover and Dortmund on November 2nd and 3rd were canceled at short notice. Fans were worried about the singer and her health. But now it is clear: the performance in Frankfurt am Main on November 5th will take place as planned.

Thumbs up for the Festhalle in Frankfurt

The concert was confirmed via an Instagram story. Nina Chuba shared a video on her own channel from the “People love this” account – the Instagram channel for the podcast of the same name, which she runs together with her long-time friend and drummer Momme Hitzemann. Hitzemann explains that it is difficult for him to answer the question of whether the musician can perform. He then pans the camera to Nina Chuba, who gives her thumbs up.

The amino acid as guilt and blessing

In another story slide on “The people love that,” Hitzemann films the singer again and comments ironically that she looks “like life in bloom.” He then asks her how much she slept. Chuba answers wearily: “Two and a half hours.” She still wants to perform.

Viewers also learn that Nina Chuba received an amino acid injection to get fit again. However, this also had the side effect that she “couldn’t sleep”.

More information about the Frankfurt show

Despite the lack of sleep, she “can’t wait” to be on stage again. This means: The show in the Festhalle Frankfurt can take place. Admission is from 5:30 p.m. The support act plays from 7:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m., and Nina Chuba will perform from 8 to 10 p.m.

What happened before

On medical advice, Nina Chuba had to cancel the concerts in Hanover and Dortmund. She explained in her Instagram story: “You have to imagine, it’s like an hour and a half of high-performance sport on stage, and doing something like that with a sick body that has an infection is just too risky.” Finally, she asked her fans for their understanding.

On Sunday, November 2nd, she shared in her Instagram story: “Hannover, I’m incredibly sorry, but it’s with a heavy heart that I have to cancel the show today. I did everything I could to keep myself healthy during the tour, but now it’s hit me too. I was advised by a doctor not to play the show today, and my body is also giving me clear signs.”

A catch-up date for Dortmund has been set

Hanover will not be rescheduled, but Dortmund fans have reason to be happy: Instead of in the fall, ticket holders can now experience the 27-year-old in the summer – on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Tickets that have already been purchased remain valid. If you would prefer to return the tickets, you can do so at the respective ticket office by December 3rd. The ticket price will be refunded.

The next tour stops

The following dates are planned after Frankfurt:

  • on November 6th in the Lanxess Arena in Cologne
  • on November 7th in the Barclays Arena in Hamburg
  • and finally on November 9th in the Berlin Uber Arena.

Chuba will also go on tour again from June 2026. Even then, the final is scheduled to take place in the capital again. All concert dates can be found on their website. Some shows are already sold out.
