Typhoon in Philippines causes at least 66 deaths, 400,000 people without homes due to flooding

At least 66 people have been killed in the Philippines by Typhoon Kalmaegi. The powerful storm is causing heavy rainfall and flooding, displacing around 400,000 people. Six soldiers were among the dead. Their helicopter crashed on the island of Mindanao during a rescue mission.
