On Sunday mornings, football experts discuss the latest topics in the Bundesliga on “Doppelpass” on Sport1. Here is an overview of the upcoming show.

Heated debates, clear announcements, insider knowledge: Every week at the “Doppelpass” we talk about what concerns football fans in this country. In the upcoming broadcast on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at 11 a.mhr, it’s all about the Champions League games.

Moderator Florian König and co-moderator Katharina Kleinfeldt have invited well-known interviewees to the show. Take a seat in the group:

In the Champions League there are away games on the program for all four German representatives – and they are tough. FC Bayern meets Paris Saint-Germain, Borussia Dortmund faces English champions Manchester City.

Completely different scenes characterize the weekend for Borussia Mönchengladbach: Sports director Rouven Schröder has only been in office since mid-October and was recently able to celebrate the first Bundesliga win of the current season in the away match against FC St. Pauli.

The explosive Rhineland derby against 1. FC Köln awaits on Saturday evening. In “Doppelpass” Schröder discusses topics such as: “How does Gladbach get out of the crisis?” and “What’s next for interim coach Eugen Polanski?”.
