Nina Chuba asks for your understanding
Nina Chuba currently mostly uses her Instagram story for concert information. There she recently announced that she had to cancel her show in Dortmund on Monday evening, November 3rd. She wrote: “I am very sad about this and extremely disappointed.” And further: “Yesterday, after I had to cancel Hannover, I hoped that my body might recover overnight.”
However, she had to cancel on medical advice. As she spoke to the camera, her voice didn’t sound like what you’d normally hear. She continued: “You have to imagine, it’s like an hour and a half of high-performance sport on stage, and doing something like that with a sick body that has an infection is just too risky.” Finally, she asked her fans for their understanding.
Three hours before the show starts: Concert cancellation for Hanover
In her Instagram story, Nina Chuba let her followers know on Sunday, November 2nd: “Hannover, I’m incredibly sorry, but with a heavy heart I have to cancel the show today. I did everything to keep myself healthy during the tour, but now it’s hit me too. I was advised by the doctor not to play the show today, and my body is also giving me clear signs.”
The singer, actress and songwriter also wrote: “I’m sorry for all of you, because I know how happy you were, and the decision is not easy for me. Unfortunately, the show has to be canceled without replacement. We have checked everything, but I can no longer play here this year. All tickets purchased can of course be returned and refunded where they were purchased. Thank you for your understanding.”
