Sherwin (41) was dumped like waste in a Belgian corn field: ‘Never to be found again’
The duo is suspected of involvement in the violent death of Surinamese Sherwin Peterhof, who was found on August 15 in a corn field in the Belgian town of Meer, just across the border from Hazeldonk.

Family man Skoolboy
After identification, the victim turned out to be Peterhof, better known by his nickname Skoolboy. The father and family man from Suriname has been living in the Netherlands since February, with an uncle in Almere and in Amsterdam.
In addition to the two in Suriname, five other people have now been arrested in the investigation. This concerns a 40-year-old woman from Amsterdam, a 31-year-old man from Rotterdam, a 43-year-old man without a permanent place of residence and two 40-year-old men from Rotterdam.
Why Peterhof was killed is still a mystery. It is expected that the two suspects in Suriname will be extradited to the Netherlands. The Hague police have not ruled out more arrests. The Hague is conducting the investigation because Amsterdam already had too many major cases pending.
