Several people were stabbed on Saturday evening on an English train near the town of Huntingdon, not far from Cambridge, in eastern England. Ten people were taken to hospital with injuries, nine of whom suffered life-threatening injuries. On Sunday morning, two more passengers were in life-threatening condition, the police reported. Two British men have been arrested. According to British Defense Minister John Healey, this is “an isolated attack”. The British counter-terrorism unit is investigating the stabbing, although police emphasize that there is no evidence of terrorism.
