Hopeful sounds after peace talks: Moscow pledges to curtail military activity around Kiev and Chernihiv

The Russian Defense Ministry promises a drastic reduction in hostilities towards the Ukrainian capital Kiev and the northern city of Chernihiv. Deputy Minister Alexander Fomin told reporters that decision was made in light of the progress made during negotiations.
