Création Gross GmbH & Co. KG appoints Martin Goppelt to the role of General Manager Finance and Operations.
At the turn of the year, he will take over responsibility for finance and operations at the German menswear specialist, which includes the brands Carl Gross and CG – Club of Gents, Création Gross announced on Wednesday. He will lead the company together with Dominik Gross, Managing Partner Sales, Marketing and Product.
“With Martin Goppelt we are gaining an experienced manager who shares our values and will provide new impetus with a fresh perspective. I am looking forward to working together,” said Dominik Gross.
Goppelt brings many years of experience from the fashion and sporting goods industry. He comes to Création Gross from the German sportswear retailer Uhlsport, where he was managing director for over three years. Before that, he was Head of Supply Chain Management at the shoe specialist Wortmann Schuh-Holding KG for more than nine years. He also held management positions at the sportswear companies Adidas and Amer Sports.
At Création Gross he now succeeds Thomas Steinhart, who will be leaving the company next year.
