Band asks for return – anonymously and without questions
After the event, the group sent a message to all attendees of the Fan Premier Event (FPE) asking for the piece to be returned. “During today’s FPE event, ‘The Level Of Concern’ USB stick was stolen from the exhibition,” the artists wrote, according to NME.
“We sincerely ask you to return it – without asking any questions and while fully respecting your anonymity.” The USB stick has great significance for the band and its history. “We kindly ask you for your help so that he can find his way back to us.”
Fans are trying to reconstruct the crime
Fans came together to reconstruct the incident. On social media, visitors began compiling photos of the event with timestamps to find out when the stick was last seen.
In May, a fan stole a drum from the stage
It is not the first time that a fan has stolen from the band: In May 2025, a visitor stole a bass drum from the stage after a concert. Video footage showed the person carrying the instrument unhindered. The drum was later found in the fan’s hotel room.
“The Level of Concern” is the name of a song and album by Twenty One Pilots that was released in 2020. The duo most recently released the record BREACH. The band’s eighth studio album was announced on May 21, 2025 and released on September 12. The release was accompanied by a US tour entitled “The Clancy Tour: Breach”, which ended on October 26th.
