The police dismantled a cannabis farm in a home in the Tuindorp district of Coevorden last night. A total of 213 cannabis plants were found and destroyed.
Both the bedroom and the attic of the house were furnished as growing areas for the plants. In addition to the illegal cultivation of cannabis plants, there was also theft of electricity. The police did not find anyone in the home and are continuing the investigation.
A cannabis farm can cause very unsafe situations, the police reported on Instagram. Consider, for example, fire hazards or other criminal activities associated with the nursery.
