A girl has a date with a man she met on a dating app. He doesn’t show up and she is attacked and slashed with acid immediately after leaving the club. This is the second similar case within a few days: it seems that the killer always uses the same app and target girls who rely on cosmetic surgery.
Blanca (Maria Chiara Giannetta) would like to act as an escapee to capture the scarer. Liguori (Giuseppe Zeno) does not agree, but the reckless consultant, with the help of Lucia, who arrived in Genoa in those days, creates a false profile and makes sure that the seducer takes the bait. Meanwhile Fabrizio, a plastic surgeon who treats scarred women, receives threats.

The day after receiving an anonymous letter, the doctor is found dead. Was he killed by the man wanted by Blanca & Co. or did someone else want to get Fabrizio out of the way? It seems that the case involves her son Giorgio, a friend of Lucia, involved in shady business.
Lucia arrives in Genoa
Eva (Matilde Gioli) is among the creators of the clandestine trafficking of children. It is the shipping company he manages that transports the newborns from Ukraine to Italy. Domenico (Domenico Diele), still looking for his son, discovers everything. But he is threatened. Blanca knows nothing. Lucia arrives in Genoa troubled by matters of the heart: her boyfriend has left her for another woman.
