A man died on Sunday evening in an incident at the Schouwburgring in the center of Tilburg. An argument may have preceded the victim’s death.
It is still unclear what exactly happened. The police have arrested one person and are investigating the scene. According to a spokesperson, officers responded to a report of an argument, after which someone suddenly had to be resuscitated.
Images show that white screens have been set up in the theater promenade, which is a covered shopping street where a number of shops are located.
Police are calling on witnesses to the incident to come forward.
