With a Michelin star in his pocket and sometimes a hundred people on the waiting list, star chef Thijs Meliefste (38) did the unthinkable: he closed his restaurant. His wife Anuschka battled MS and cancer, but was forced to continue working in the business. “I was afraid I would burn her out,” he tells HLN candidly. Meliefste now chooses… Tomorrowland.
