SV Wehen Wiesbaden suffered its second defeat in a row. Against Aachen, the Hessians once again missed a penalty.
Messed up Friday evening for SV Wehen Wiesbaden in the 3rd league: SVWW lost against Alemannia Aachen 1:2 (0:2).
The game started very badly for the Wiesbaden team. After a foul by Justin Janitzek, Aachen was awarded a penalty, which Lars Gindorf confidently converted (22nd minute). Seven minutes later, Mika Schroers made it 0-2 from SVWW’s perspective with a curling shot.
Flotho brings Wiesbaden closer again
The Hessians had a great chance to score the next goal when Lukas Schmelzer was fouled in the penalty area. After captain Fatih Kaya missed several times from the spot, Nikolas Agrafiotis took the penalty – and missed (37th).
It took until the 64th minute before the SVWW was able to gain hope again with a remarkable header goal from substitute Moritz Flotho. The home team then ran at it, but were unable to equalize.

It was over for coach Nils Döring’s team the 0:3 in Rostock last weekend the second defeat in a row. In the table you remain at 16 points after twelve games. The game against fifth division team Baunatal in the Hessen Cup continues on Tuesday (6 p.m.).
