This is evident from the latest voter surveys published by EenVandaag. The medium asked its opinion panel, among other things, which party leaders appear sympathetic. In any case, more than half selected Bontenbal, Jetten (42 percent) follows at an appropriate distance in second. Timmermans (19 percent) and Yesilgöz (9 percent) close the line.
The painful thing for Timmermans is that even among his own voters he only finishes third when asked who they like. The GL/PvdA voters first appoint Rob Jetten (73 percent) and then Henri Bontenbal (70 percent). This is followed only by Timmermans (64 percent). His voters also think Jetten is slightly better at debates.
Gun factor Jetten sensitive to Timmermans
Jetten’s goodwill among his own voters will be particularly sensitive to the GL/PvdA leader. He has recently been looking for a confrontation with the D66 leader. It is on the rise and is already breathing down Timmermans’ neck in some polls. D66 can still steal votes, especially from GL/PvdA.
‘Due to floating voters, the result remains a surprise until the end’
In the latest EenVandaag poll, the gap between the two is still quite wide: GL/PvdA has 25 seats, D66 still has 16. The PVV even rises by 3 seats to 34 and is easily the largest. CDA (22), VVD (15) and JA21 (12) follow at an appropriate distance.
Yesilgöz is also not popular with VVD supporters
The VVD wins another seat at EenVandaag, but the liberal leader Yesilgöz is also struggling with popularity problems. Her voters find Bontenbal not only more sympathetic, but also more reliable and more suitable as prime minister.

The CDA leader will in any case come out of the investigation well. He is by far at the top as the most suitable prime minister candidate, although he is only selected by less than half (43 percent). But Timmermans only follows at a distance with 27 percent. Yesilgöz closes ranks, only 8 percent of respondents name her as the most suitable prime minister.
